  • Assist with sales transactions and promote upsells or add-ons.
  • Support restocking and inventory management, including organizing and displaying products.
  • Monitor product inventory levels and communicate with team members about restocking needs.

  • Represent the brand at local events, pop-ups, or community gatherings.

  • Contribute to social media content creation, capturing in-store experiences and events.

    Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a retail role, being a passionate pet owner is a plus
  • Working knowledge of retail POS systems
  • Must be comfortable handling cash
  • Maintaining store cleanliness at all times
  • Ability to stand on one’s feet for 8 hours or longer
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs consistently throughout the work day
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results
  • Outgoing, energetic and friendly personality
  • High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers and their needs
  • Team-player mentality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment
