VCA Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center of Kalamazoo is a 24/7/365 emergency, critical care and specialty practice, located in Kalamazoo, MI. We are seeking an experienced Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our surgery team full time. **BONUS** $500 / after 90 days Are you searching for more work life balance? (Please take a moment to view our brief video on veterinary technician utilization from a VCA technician’s point of view) https://vimeo.com/684755121/10c909cbf5 Licensed Surgery Veterinary Technician Duties Include Physical examinations and patient assessment Intubation, anesthesia and monitoring IV fluid administration and CRI calculations Venipuncture / IVC placement Hands Free Radiology (Associate safety a top priority) Working collaboratively with team members of all hospital services Providing compassionate care for all patients Potential Schedule: Full-time (Monday - Thursday) Compensation: $18 - 31 / hour dependent on veterinary technician licensure, experience and skill set.
