Project Manager – Level 5
Reports to: Director, Client Services (CS)
The Project Manager – Level 5 defines, develops, and manages multiple large, concurrent, complex, multidimensional projects and programs independently and with support from other members of CS. This individual provides leadership and mentorship and is responsible for the overall management and effective completion and implementation of the project/program. The Project Manager – Level 5 has established a consultative partnership with clients and is fully able to guide all parties to a resolution if conflicts arise.
Key to the success of CS is this individual’s ability to lead and mentor other project managers, as well as their ability to support department leadership with the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and training materials. Other responsibilities include management of project resources to ensure our partners’ goals are achieved on time, on budget, and with unparalleled quality to lead to an outstanding client and faculty experience.
