What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2nd Shift Machine Operator position at Pete and Gerry's Organics, LLC?
OVERVIEW:

In our Greencastle location, we are responsible for packing and shipping eggs to stores all over the United States. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating the egg processing machine an dup to 20 associated egg packaging machines.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- On time punctuality and attendance
- Check the board daily for date codes and accuracy
- Daily machine set up and clean up
- Ensure cartons are printed with correct date codes
- Coordinate processing based on daily processing plan
- Manage flow of eggs via computer touch screen
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a processing environment preferred
- Proficient with basic math
- Attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Strong work ethic
- Good communication skills
