As an Office Representative, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop your skills and knowledge in insurance sales, plus we will pay for insurance licensing 100%. You do not need insurance experience. We will consider all backgrounds. The base salary for the entry-level position is $37,500 per year. With added incentives, you may make up to $47,500 In the 1st year.
