Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Engage with potential policyholders, understanding their specific insurance needs and delivering personalized guidance.
Outgoing & Inbound Calls: Skillfully manage incoming queries and proactively make outbound calls to provide solutions.
Policy Design: Craft and propose insurance plans that are uniquely tailored to meet individual client requirements.
Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client coverage by recommending additional suitable products.
Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty to our agency.
Professional Development: Continuously upgrade your knowledge on industry trends and changes to provide current and informed advice.
Requirements
Licensing: Must possess a valid Washington State Property & Casualty license. If you have your Insurance Licenses will go a 1k signing a bonus.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer Focused: A genuine desire to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
Remote Work: Comfortable and productive working in a hybrid remote environment.
