POSITION TITLE:Assistant School Principal
SUPERVISOR:School Principal
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Three to five years of successful secondary level experience to include administrative and supervisory experience
•Master’s degree
•Certified or certifiable as a principal in New Hampshire
•Demonstrated ability to work effectively with staff, students, and parents
•Demonstrated ability to plan and organize; and knowledge of school operation and programs
•Demonstrate competency in Individualized programs, evaluation of programs and faculty, curriculum skills, pupil personnel management, communication skills, and Special Education
SUMMARY:
The Assistant Principal, assists the building Principal in the daily operation of the school. To provide leadership in the development, implementation, coordination of curriculum and related school programs: and to assist in discipline, attendance, supervision of staff and student activities toward the goal of high achievement for all students.
