Compensation & Benefits:

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing HHWY/Heavy Civil projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Deep understanding of cost control, field coordination, and quality management

- Lead full-cycle project management on heavy civil construction projects
- Coordinate site assessments and project planning
- Oversee subcontractors and in-house crews to deliver high-quality results
