Your New Role:

• Project Leadership: Lead electrical construction and renovation projects from start to finish with precision and authority.
• Material Procurement Coordination: Work with project managers to ensure timely delivery of all necessary materials.
• Subcontractor Collaboration: Partner with general contractors and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Quality Supervision: Oversee electrical installations, ensuring compliance with the highest standards and relevant codes.
• Cost Management: Monitor labor costs and make strategic decisions to optimize resources without compromising quality.
• Safety Leadership: Uphold strict safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for your team and project participants.

• You’re a licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician in Texas with a history of successfully leading projects.
• You have strong project management skills and deep knowledge of electrical codes.

• You must hold a current Texas electrical license.
• You need dependable transportation for daily reporting at the office.
• 2-10 years of relevant experience as a licensed commercial service technician.
• Must have your own hand tools necessary for service work.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in extreme temperatures, from hot summers to cold winters.
• Must undergo drug testing as part of the hiring process.
• Pass a thorough background check.
• Must be a legal US citizen.
• Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and adherence to its guidelines and regulations.
• Display ambition and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Hold a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company.
