Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to join our team. The Assistant Project Manager will assist in the planning, coordination, execution of construction projects, and directly assist the company president. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a solid understanding of project management principles.
Duties:
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and vendors
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Collaborate with the project team to resolve any conflicts or challenges that arise during construction
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, Bluebeam, and Primavera to streamline project workflows
- Assist in construction estimating and cost analysis
- Support project scheduling efforts to ensure timely completion of deliverables
Skills:
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, Bluebeam, and Primavera
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
