Responsibilities:
- Expected to take initiative & be proactive.
- Able to read & understand shop orders.
- Production schedules & follow written or verbal instructions.
- Meet & exceed the expectations (safety, quality, & productivity).
- Identify & seperate nonconforming parts (defective).
- Report issues to maintenance as needed and make supervisor aware.
- Must follow all safety rules & regulations.
- Housekeeping (5S) throughout and end of shift.
- Must be punctual.
- Operators are responsible for part quality inspections.
- Reporting issued to team leader or supervisor.
- Ensure all parts meet quality standards during the painting process.
- Operator always seeks out quality issues on parts.
- When conveyor is stopped operator is to clean all necessary areas until the line starts again.
- As needed operators are to do a routine check on hoses/fluids/hoppers/& powder paint.
- All other duties as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $13.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
