We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Support Associate for the PGIM Investments Inbound Sales Desk. The primary role of the PGIM Investments Inbound Sales Desk is to service all calls to our 800 sales desk number from Financial Professionals selling Prudential Investments Mutual Funds and Managed Accounts. The Inbound Associate must achieve and maintain an expert knowledge of the Prudential Investments product line and the Mutual Fund Industry. What you can expect: Handling all inbound Product and Sales calls Communicating with Financial Professionals through letters and email Handling special projects as assigned within Desk Attending various sales meetings and training sessions Maintenance of PC based contact management system Running analytics and historical illustrations Placing orders for marketing materials Generate and distribute sales leads to the wholesalers What you will bring Excellent interpersonal skills, initiative, dependability, and a high level of motivation. Excellent organizational skills and superior proofreading capabilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities. Superior proficiency with Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes. Bachelor's degree preferred. Some of the above benefits may not apply to part-time employees scheduled to work less than 20 hours per week. Salary Range Disclosure The salary for this role is $60,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
