The Shipping Team Member will perform various duties and responsibilities by handling incoming and outgoing deliveries.
What You'll Do
- Completes shipments by processing and loading products.
- Pulls materials and protectively loads them in the trailer.
- Collaborates with the team with tasks related to shipping operations and procedures.
- Works safely with a team with large products and materials.
- Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping work areas neat.
- Ensures compliance with health and safety laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Who You Are
- Verbal and written communication skills to clearly receive instructions.
- Understanding of products and/or equipment used in manufacturing.
- Organization skills and attention to detail.
- Time management skills, with proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork and collaboration mindset.
- Prolonged periods of standing and repetitive motion.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
