Position : Armed Security Officer
Job Summary :
We are looking for professional and highly observant Armed Security Officers to provide top-tier safety and access control at a luxury resort. The position requires managing entry points, monitoring activities, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Access Control :
Monitor and manage entry for residents, guests, and vendors using RFID systems and Building Link software.
Screen and log all visitors, ensuring proper verification of credentials.
Grant access to emergency and official vehicles while maintaining records of all entries.
2. Traffic and Pedestrian Management :
Direct visitor vehicles, manage traffic flow, and prevent bottlenecks during peak hours.
Oversee pedestrian safety on vehicle ramps and arrival decks.
3. Vendor and Delivery Oversight :
Direct delivery vehicles to the designated receiving area.
Screen and log tow trucks and mechanics, ensuring proper authorization before access.
4. Surveillance and Safety :
Monitor entry points and common areas to detect and report any unusual activity.
Remain highly visible to deter unauthorized access and provide reassurance to residents and guests.
5. Customer Service :
Assist guests and residents with inquiries, directions, and support as needed.
Coordinate with resort staff to ensure smooth operations during events and emergencies.

Weekday shifts :
6 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM
2 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM
10 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM
Weekend shifts :
6 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM
6 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM
Requirements :
Valid D and G security licenses (armed security).
Previous experience in resort or high-profile security preferred.
Proficiency in using property management software (Building Link is a plus).
Strong communication, customer service, and observational skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.
