What are the responsibilities and job description for the PRN Hospital Pharmacy Technician position at PharmaCare Services?
PharmaCare Services is seeking to add a PRN Pharmacy Technician to our pharmacy team in Covington, LA. This position assists the pharmacist(s) in storing, preparing, dispensing, reconciling, restocking automated dispensing machines, and charging of all medications to the nursing units and treatment areas serviced by the pharmacy. In addition, this position will assist the pharmacist(s) in maintaining an adequate drug inventory and quality control procedures.
- High school education or equivalent required
- Louisiana Pharmacy Technician Registration required
- Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- IV admixture experience preferred
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
