Full-time position available for Mobile Imaging - PET / CT operations in the region.
Work Location : On the road in Eastern Tennessee and Kentucky, Western Virginia and North Carolina, Northwestern South Carolina.
This position is on our new state-of-the-art mobile PET / CT unit. Generally travelling to hospitals within 2 hours of Gray, TN.
- Certified in Nuclear Medicine Technology required
- Certified background in radiography preferred
- Prior experience in mobile PET / CT preferred
- Mobile imaging setting
- Interact with client personnel and team members in a responsible, professional and ethical manner
- Confirm order via appropriate use criteria
- Perform injections of radioisotopes
- Assist radiologists
- Function effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Produce very high quality imaging with little supervision
- Flexible, reliable, sound judgement and initiative
- Lift minimum of 60 pounds as well as assist with patient maneuvering
