Job Summary
The LPN’s primary responsibility is to provide direct client care in accordance with the physician’s orders working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care as assigned. Report all findings to the RN Case Manager, physician, and Clinical Manager.
- Update the nursing care plan as needed per physician orders. Document communication and interpret the plan of care to the client regarding diagnosis and treatment.
- Appropriately utilize and maintain nursing equipment and supplies needed for client care.
- Corresponds with clinical field staff leaving messages and reports.
- Participates in monthly rotation coverage schedule per policy.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Salary : $30 - $50
