HYBRID Speech-Language Pathologist

Location: Dearborn, MI
Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services to K–12 students at one of our local schools in MI. This role involves delivering speech and language services while collaborating with educators, families, and school teams to support students’ communication needs in accordance with IEPs and state/federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments, as assigned
- Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility meetings, and team consultations via virtual platforms
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress notes, and service logs
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents/guardians
- Ensure compliance with IDEA and district policies
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Michigan SLP License (required)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
- Experience with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
