Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a clinical and cultural leader in collaboration with the Hospital Director
- Oversee all medical services, including hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and performance management of doctors
- Manage clinical workflows and ensure delivery of high-quality care
- Participate in operational and capital budget planning
- Lead initiatives in referral partner engagement and community outreach
- Address escalated patient care and client issues as needed
- Drive continuous improvement and uphold the core values of Teamwork, Leadership, and Compassion
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid veterinary license in the state of practice.
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in a veterinary setting
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Board-certified specialists or ER veterinarians with leadership experience preferred
- Ability to lead through change and manage growth
