Job Description:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dealership Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership by handling key logistical tasks and maintaining the professional presentation of our inventory. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated, and have excellent time-management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Preparation:
- Take high-quality photographs of vehicles for marketing and advertising purposes, ensuring images are clear, well-lit, and showcase the vehicle's key features.
- Upload and organize vehicle photos in the dealership's inventory management system.
- Fuel Management: Transport vehicles to the gas station to fuel them as needed, ensuring all vehicles are ready for customer test drives and showroom display.
- Transportation Duties:
- Make dealership-related runs, including delivering vehicles to/from service centers, body shops or other dealerships.
- Transport documents, supplies, or other items as requested.
- Inspection and Reporting: Perform basic vehicle checks (e.g., cleanliness, tire pressure, and fluid levels) and report any issues to the service team.
- Lot Organization: Assist in organizing and maintaining the vehicle lot, ensuring it is neat, orderly, and professional.
- Customer Interaction: Occasionally assist with customers or support other customer-facing activities.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to operate a wide range of vehicles, including manual transmission is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to take high-quality photos using a camera.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform tasks such as driving, walking, or standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment
- Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance tasks.
- Photography skills or experience with photo editing software.
