Position Overview:

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Vehicle Buyer to help us source, evaluate, and purchase quality pre-owned vehicles for our growing inventory. The ideal candidate understands the used car market, can spot a great deal, and builds strong relationships with private sellers, auctions, and other dealerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify vehicles for purchase that align with inventory needs and market demand
• Negotiate pricing and purchase terms with sellers, auctions, wholesalers, and individuals
• Conduct accurate vehicle appraisals and ensure all purchases meet quality and value standards
• Coordinate vehicle inspections, transportation, and reconditioning
• Maintain records of purchases, title processing, and incoming inventory
• Build and maintain relationships with reliable sources and partners
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and pricing shifts

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in vehicle buying, dealership sales, or auto appraisal preferred
• Strong knowledge of automotive brands, values and vehicle conditions
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and meet buying goals

Job Type: Full-time $6,000-$10,000
