We are growing our AM team and this role will be critical in growing and retaining customers and revenue. This role focuses on long-term strategic sales with AM’s that understand short-term delivery with long-term planning. This position is selling to CHRO, CFO, and CIO’s and focuses on acting as a trusted advisor to our customers through their Phenom journey.
What You’ll Do:
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Take a strategic approach to your customer portfolio to create a plan for growth and retention while strengthening the overall customer relationship
- Understand the business and business vertical of the customer to drive expansion
- Become the “insider” to understand the internal environment of the customer
- Help put the customer in a winning situation through value realization
- Coordinate with the CSM, Implementation, Products, and Phenom executive teams in your strategic customer engagements
- Drive maximum value for all customers in all segments

Work Experience
What You’ve Done:
- 7 years Account Management sales success with SaaS solutions
- Industry experience selling an HR/TA technology solution or related technologies
- Proven SaaS AM experience selling into large enterprise accounts
- Demonstrated success with growth and retention of customers
- Curiosity, the ability to dive deeper and ask questions to enhance customer intimacy
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to quickly grasp and explain technical and business concepts
