Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and management of our product portfolio, including gathering and prioritizing product requirements, defining product vision, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends, and use this information to inform product strategy and roadmap.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to continuously improve our products and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in product management, preferably in the HR or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for technology and a desire to continuously learn and improve.

- Masters Degree graduates aspiring to launch a career in product management
- Masters Degree in Data Science, Product Management, and/or an equivalent degree
- 2 years of working experience in software engineering and/or equivalent experiences
- Experience with Jira or similar tools
