IT Assistant
Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced IT Administrator that will support all dealership computer, phone and security systems.
Job Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS (Including Driver's License)
Driver's License (must be insurable); CompTIA A Certification required, Microsoft Net (desired) or Cisco CCNE or CCNA CompTIA Security
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to stand and sit. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Job Responsibilities
- Installs software programs, hardware programs, PC equipment and office equipment
- Manages and maintains mainframe, networks and servers
- Troubleshoots or repairs problems with hardware, software, and office equipment
- Updates Internet site, ADP system, phone system, and other applications
- Runs back-up files for ADP and back-up tapes for security
- Sets up new users on phones, voicemail, ADP, apps, and software systems
- Hours may vary
