Job description
Philadelphia Marriott West Hotel is currently seeking an individual for the position of Concierge Food Attendant at our location at West Conshohocken, PA.
We are looking for energetic, personable and enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service, have an outgoing personalities, friendly demeanor, ability to multi task and who is committed to providing high quality service and dining experience to our guests.
Qualified applicants must expected to:
* To act as an ambassador of the hotel by providing food to our rewards members utilizing the concierge lounge for meals and relaxation.
* Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.
* Exercise judgment, respond to inquiries with accurate information regarding hours of outlet operation, directions to local attractions, or meeting rooms, car rentals and airline shuttle service, etc. according to individual needs.
* Prepare and continuously maintain the lounge to standard, prior to, during meal service and upon closing.
* Ability to stand, walk and/or sit and continuously perform essential job functions.
* Other responsibilities as it may assigned.
Required schedule for this position is from Sunday to Thursday from 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
