Patient Services Outbound Representative (Malvern, PA)

Your role:
- Engage in outbound phone calls to support patients in activating their monitoring devices and provide technical assistance as needed.
- Efficiently manage daily and weekly patient call lists while coordinating with Clinics and Account Executives to address service delays or cancellations.
- Contribute to the success of the Patient Services department by meeting key performance indicators and upholding a high standard of quality in a collaborative team-based setting.
- Participate in a comprehensive 3-week training program, led by an Educator in a structured environment from Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm ET.
- Following training, embark on a 12-week ramp-up period, working Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 9:00am to 5:30pm EST, 9:30am to 6:00pm EST, or 10:00am to 6:30pm EST.
- You have a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED).
- You’ve acquired 6 months of customer service experience, whether over the phone or in-person.
- Your skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, strong computer skills, including data entry, and adept at working across multiple technical platforms while maintaining focus on patient needs.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You’re an excellent communicator, maintain professionalism, empathy, and patience in all support interactions.
