ROLE DESCRIPTION :
Cothran Carroll State Farm in Fontana is looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our sales team as an Account Associate. Our sales team is vital to our daily business operations and customers success. Through one-on-one conversations with customers and the community, we build relationships that help drive our office growth goals. Our sales team works to office goals on a monthly and quarterly basis. WE ARE A DUAL AGENT OFFICE with a tremendous amount of opportunities. RESPONSIBILITIES :
Educate customers about State Farm products and procedures to help find what best fits their needs
Prepare accurate insurance quotes based on clients needs and preferences
Bundle auto and life insurance products to meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as office walk-ins, referrals, current customers, warm calling, internet leads, and networking events.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bilingual : Spanish required
1-3 years sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help clients meet their insurance needs
