As a Construction Project Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects by managing documentation, contracts, schedules, and budgets. This dynamic role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and manage project documentation, including contracts and permits.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes.
- Prepare reports and manage project records.
