Pool Service Technician

This pool service route in Lakeland and Plant City currently takes approximately 28 hours to complete and pays $560 / week. The route is completed in four ~7 hour days on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays.

We are looking to grow this route to a full-time route. Your pay is in exact proportion to how many pools you have. As we acquire more accounts on this route, you will get paid more money. When it gets to a 40 hour per week route, you will get paid $800/week.

Minimum Qualifications

1. 1 years in customer service

2. Ability to be trained, demonstrate and develop required roles, responsibility, and tasks

3. Embodies company culture, values, and is open feedback and long-term growth

4. Valid Drivers License (no restrictions and in good standing)

5. Authorized to work in the US

6. Fluent in the English language

7. 21 years or older

8. Able to lift 50 lbs

Tasks Performed

· Drive pool truck

· Operate pumps

· Operate valves

· Clean pool filters

· Test the pool chemistry

· Add the necessary chemicals to pools

· Raise and lower pool water level as needed

· Empty debris out of the skimmer and pump baskets

· Clean debris off the top of pools

· Vacuum pool floor

· Brush algae off pool walls and floors as needed

Compensation Package

· $20 per hour - Currently $560 / week

· Annual 3.84% bonus

· Two weeks PTO (one week is the week between Christmas & New Years)
