RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to: Program Director ~ Fairfax
Coordinates with: School Nurse Education Program & IEP Coordinator Education Program Supervisor Teachers & Assistant Teachers Program Support Staff Behavior Staff
What the Program Support Coordinator does:
- Assists in planning and implementing work experiences for students, both on and off-campus.
- Coordinates medication administration and ensures compliance with state and local regulations.
- Oversees facility compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Manages the breakfast and lunch program.
- Administers medication to students when necessary.
- Processes mainstream and on-campus pay.
- Attends meetings, workshops, and conferences as required.
- Maintains and organizes student paperwork.
- Manages relevant budgets.
- Capable of driving company vehicles and transporting students.
- Holds First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.
- Obtains and maintains a Certified Food Manager License.
- Performs assigned duties as necessary.
CREDENTIALS AND EXPERIENCE
Prefer experience in nonprofit, special education school setting. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. At least 2 years administrative or related experience.
Qualifications
Salary : $52,000 - $65,800
