Position: Phlebotomy Instructor

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive instruction in the art of phlebotomy for aspiring phlebotomists.
Cultivate a positive, encouraging, and safe learning environment for students during lecture and all clinical drawing portions.
Encourage and support students throughout the program to ensure successful completion.
Deliver our insightful curriculum in a clear and easily comprehensible manner.
Manage onsite inventory and classroom cleanliness.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including classroom documentation (If applicable).
Productive attendance and timeliness to all scheduled classes.
Required reliable transportation and an address to receive inventory boxes.
Required Technology knowledge with IPads, mirror casting, troubleshooting, etc.
Preferred - EKG knowledge and work experience

State Requirements:

A bachelor's degree with a major in the field of instruction from an institution accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education; OR
At least two years of full time phlebotomy experience and/or teaching experience in the previous 5 years (venipunctures, blood collection, lab processing, and special specimen procurement)
A minimum of high school or GED completion is required, must provide a copy of diploma or transcript upon request

Schedule:

Weekend Shift: Saturday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
