Phoenix Behavioral Health, a quality provider in mental health and substance abuse services is seeking a full time Site Manager to work at the front desk Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:00pm in our Ewing, NJ office location. The Site manager will manage the front desk, answer calls, assist in coordinating transportation, oversee the scheduling of clients to see the psychiatric provider(s), manage building issues/needs and serve as the first impression of Phoenix Behavioral Health for clients, staff, and community visitors. This individual will need to possess a strong customer service orientation, be friendly/outgoing, conduct themself in a professional, calm and articulate manner and have a flexible team player mindset. The Site Manager will be responsible for ordering supplies, ensuring building needs are met and well maintained, and work well in a team environment.
The Site Manager will be responsible to oversee our transportation services daily and ensure that drivers are equipped with everything necessary to complete their daily routes when dropping off or picking up clients from treatment. The ideal candidate will possess:
