Phoenix Color Job Title: Finishing Operator
Lakeside Job Title: Light Equipment Operator 2
Pay: $18.50 - 19.50/hr ( $1.00/hr Night Shift Differential)
Additional Incentives:

Hours: 7:00pm - 7:00am
Schedule: Monday - Wednesday and every other Thursday
Location: 18249 Phoenix Dr., Hagerstown, MD 21742
As our Light Equipment Operator 2, you will:
- Responsible for the set-up, operation, and maintenance of laminating machinery
- Monitor production and adjust machine during production run as required
- Regularly check for product quality and film temperature
- Adhere to and promote all safety policies and procedures
- All other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for 12-hour shift and lift up to 75lbs
- Ability to bend and reach for extended periods of time
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and understand written instructions and perform basic math
- High levels of attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team and provide direction
- Mechanically inclined to fix minor machinery issues using hand tools
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Some mechanical ability required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour
