Seeking a Fulltime Home Health Registered Nurse in the Wichita, KS and surrounding areas.

Pay Range: $65,000 - $90,000
Available Shifts: Full Time and Part Time Day shifts.

Job Duties
- Skilled Visits
- Day-to-day patient interaction
- Education on Health Conditions, such as CHF, COPD, Diabetes
- Wound Care
- Medication Management
- Changes dressings, bandages and contraptions as prescribed
- Documentation of patient’s condition and pointing out significant changes, to be reported to the physician
- Working along side other nurses, Physical Therapist, Speech Therapist and/or Occupational Therapist.
- Active RN Nursing License
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and self-management skills
- Strong and compassionate customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
