Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as per plan of care.
- Monitor and document patient status and share updates with physicians and families.
- Educate families on proper care and treatments to ensure continuity.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records.
Qualifications:
- Current LPN or RN License in the state of practice.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Prior pediatric nursing experience is a plus but not required.
