What are the responsibilities and job description for the Charlotte-Spray Tech position at Phoenix Landscape Mgmt?
Phoenix Landscape Management, an industry leader for over 25 years, is looking for a Spray Tech, with a good attitude, an excellent work ethic and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements:
- Landscape Spraying experience
- Knowledge of chemicals, turf and plants
- Chemical ordering and inventory
- Knowledge of spray systems including how to operate and calibrate them
- Scheduling of applications
- Good driving record with a 3-year history
- Pesticide license is a plus
- Maintain assigned materials/equipment and maximize their useful life
- Communicate with staff and customers
- Attention to detail
- Work well with others
Physical Requirements:
- Bending, kneeling, heavy lifting and excessive walking on a routine basis
- Must be able to tolerate extreme weather conditions
- Must be able to navigate over rough/uneven terrain
- Must be able to observe and inspect outdoor spaces
