Position Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Customer Service representative at Phoenix Marketing in Columbus, OH. The role involves providing exceptional sales and customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities to include:
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, availability, and shipment status.
• Assisting with quotation requests.
• Entering and keeping detailed records through our CRM platform.
• Communicating with our factory partners to extend a high level of customer service and problem solving to our customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience of 2 years in customer service or sales, preferably in the food service industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with dealers in the foodservice industry.
• Organizational and time management skills to potentially manage multiple tasks at the same time with a focus on specific deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and propose effective solutions.
• Collaborative spirit to work with others to ensure success.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce and AutoQuotes highly preferred.
