The Construction Project Manager will develop, plan, and execute all aspects of the contractual requirements of a large-scale construction project(s) in excess of $500M all-the-while maintaining alignment with the company’s policies, procedures, and mission statement.
Responsibilities
- Supervise construction management and ensure proper coordination of all field activities and resource usage
- Support and carry out the Company's strategic plan, goals and ideas including level of quality, safety, housekeeping, client relations, subcontractor relations and general attitude and impression of the company
- Build project teams – Assist to fill key field staff positions through coordination with department heads
- Perform initial post-award periodical contract review as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 15 years of experience in project management of large complex EPC projects
- Must have strong customer relationship experience
