- Monitor patients’ health by observing their physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Assist clients with mobility needs, including heavy lifting and transferring them safely from one location to another.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation.
- Support individuals with autism or other disabilities by implementing personalized care plans tailored to their unique needs.
- Document patient observations and care provided accurately to ensure continuity of care.
Skills
- Strong patient monitoring skills to effectively observe and report changes in clients’ conditions.
- Experience providing direct support to individuals with disabilities or special needs.
