What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Photobooth Attendant position at Photo Booth Time?
Photo Booth Time is hiring Photo Booth Attendants to help run our booths at weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, birthdays, corporate events, school functions, holiday parties, and more.
This is a great fit for someone who is friendly, dependable, and enjoys working with people at events. No photo booth experience is required, we provide training.
Schedule
- Events are typically 3–5 hours, plus setup and breakdown
- Most events take place on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Occasional weekday events may be available
- Weekend availability is required
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual
- Upbeat, professional, and comfortable interacting with guests
- Basic computer and tech comfort (training provided)
- Reliable vehicle that can transport equipment
- Cell phone for day-of communication
Responsibilities
- Pick up equipment from our office
- Arrive on time and set up the photo booth
- Greet guests and help create a fun experience
- Assist with photos and suggest simple posing ideas
- Break down and pack equipment at the end of the event
When the event ends, the work is done. There is no work to take home.
Communication expectations
Clear, timely communication is important for this role. You must be able to:
- Respond to emails, texts, and calls the same day whenever possible
- Confirm event details in advance and ask questions when needed
- Communicate professionally with our team and on-site contacts
Photography or design students are encouraged to apply, but it is not required.
