- Experience in the management of day-to-day clinical operations and the inclination to be involved with setting business targets, analyzing financial performance, patient outcome data
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or pending state licensure
- Demonstrated operational leadership and performance is a plus, preferably working independently in an outpatient setting
