Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Cardiologist to the group at NYC Health Hospitals/Gotham Health, Roosevelt. Located in the Jackson Heights section of Queens, the community-based clinic is committed to provide the full spectrum of care. The Center emphasizes primary and preventive care, working to help identify and achieve health goals. Gotham Health, Roosevelt focuses on improving health and well-being and also prevent, treat and manage ongoing health conditions.

- 100% outpatient Cardiologist position
- Management and treatment of patients recovering from chronic cardiac conditions
- Opportunity to supervise and teach medical residents and students
- Administrative and clinical research opportunities exist, in accordance with the person’s interest
- This position will cover three locations: Roosevelt, 815 Broadway and Tremont
Qualifications
- Current NYS license (or the ability to obtain one)
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Cardiology

The annual base salary listed complies with the New York City law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The annual base salary listed is for full-time employment and does not include bonuses/incentive compensation or benefits. Total compensation depends on many factors, including experience, specialties, historical productivity, and historical collections. Actual total compensation may differ.
