Overview
The Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at New York City Health Hospitals/North Central Bronx seeks a fourth Maternal Fetal Medicine Attending to join the Division of MFM. The Department has a robust Obstetric Service staffed by Attendings, Midwives, Physician Assistants, Ultrasound Technicians, and Genetic Counselors providing full scope Obstetric and Gynecologic care. The MFM division provides outpatient and inpatient high-risk obstetric care, obstetric ultrasound and antenatal testing services within two AIUM-certified maternal-fetal evaluation units. The Department has academic affiliations at both Albert Einstein College of Medicine and City University of New York.
Responsibilities
- Coverage of the High-Risk Obstetrics Clinic
- Supervision of Physician Assistants
- Maternal-Fetal Evaluation unit
- Interpretation of obstetric ultrasound
- Prenatal diagnostic testing
- Antenatal fetal testing
- Coverage of inpatient antepartum patients
- Consult to the Generalist Obstetric and Midwifery Services
- Liaise with specialists to improve care of mother and fetus
- Call coverage
- MFM phone consults from home
- Labor and Delivery in-house call once a month

Qualifications
- Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Board Certified or Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine
- Eligible or licensed to practice Medicine in New York State

Annual salary = $400,000 Board Eligible / $410,000 Board Certified status
