Physician Specialists in Anesthesia, P.C. (PSA) is expanding and seeking both Call and No-Call Full-Time Certified Anesthetists (CAA or CRNA) to join our dynamic and collaborative team. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality care during the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases alongside a strong group of professionals dedicated to patient safety and comfort.

Competitive Compensation
Administers anesthesia and sedation to patients under the medical direction of a physician anesthesiologist (“Anesthesiologist”). Responsible for pre-anesthetic evaluation, intraoperative management, and post anesthetic evaluation of surgical patients and patients for other procedures. Encompasses all areas where anesthesia is administered to include: inpatient operating rooms, outpatient, ASC, GI Lab, EP/Cath Lab, radiology, post-anesthesia recovery rooms, critical care and emergency department.
Education And Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree in Anesthesia or Certified Registered Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited AA/CRNA educational program and Georgia licensure. Certified as CAA or CRNA. Maintenance of ongoing biannual certification through the submission of continuing medical education CME’s. BLS and ACLS certification required (employer provides regular renewal opportunities).
Able to satisfactorily pass a background and Medicare exclusion check. Must have excellent patient care and critical thinking skills. Superb patient satisfaction and conflict resolution skills. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively make critical and independent decisions. Ability to develop rapport and maintain positive, professional relationships with a variety of patients, hospital leadership and staff, and physicians. Demonstrated organization, prioritization and problem solving skills.
PSA and ESJH are located in the highly desired northern perimeter of Atlanta at the junction of I-285 and Georgia-400. The campus is easily accessible by car or by rapid transit (MARTA train station connects directly with ESJH).

Competitive Compensation
- Call Base Salary: $260,000 – $290,000
- No-Call Base Salary: $221,000 – $246,500 (4 x 10s or 3 x 10s available)
- Overtime paid daily (after scheduled shift—not just after 40 hours)
- Premium pay for voluntary overtime
- Full shift pay even if workload allows early release
