8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
No nights, weekends, or holidays!
Starting $22.56/hr. with incentive program & benefits!

Physicians Mutual is hiring full time Advanced Licensed Agents to take applications and conduct phone conversations with potential customers. Strong communication skills and phone experience are preferred. The Telesales Center is designed to support Marketing, Retention and Service efforts. Agents will receive calls directly from solicitations, transferred calls from Inbound, place Outbound calls and receive Outbound transfers. Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Educates interested customers on Company products and offers solutions.
- Completes applications for new enrollment and transferred leads.
- Handles and places calls from television, radio, and mail advertising.
- Customer focused to maintain 97% satisfaction rating with no high-pressure sales.
- Possesses strong active listening and strong communication skills.
- Ability to use PC and telephone technologies.
- Ability to perform in a fun and goal-oriented environment.
- A State Insurance License for Life & Health and P&C is required.
