Working in an Agile Organization, the Senior Business Systems Analyst for Marketing is responsible for eliciting and documenting technical system requirements for software applications. They work with business experts, end users, development staff, and quality assurance to identify, document, organize, prioritize, design and review system requirements that meet business needs. Must be able to excel in a fast-paced, flexible environment while interfacing with several distinct groups – the business partners and the technical team. Serves as the conduit between the customer and the software development team through which technical requirements are documented and design flows are created.
Qualifications:
- College degree with major course work in business, management information systems, computer science or equivalent training/experience required.
- 3 years of systems analysis work experience.
- Eagerness to ask questions & willingness to find the solution.
- Confident communication skills both verbal & written.
- Excellent ability to collaborate amongst colleagues & stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with go getter attitude.
Preferred:
- Previous marketing experience with knowledge insights is a bonus.
- Insurance industry knowledge strongly preferred.
- Certifications preferred CBAP and/or PMP.
