Job Description
- This is an exempt position at our Pine Ridge hospital campus.
- Directs an organization's facilities department
- Oversees the functioning of building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, and elevators
- Will manage the maintenance of buildings and grounds
- Oversees contractors for facility renovation projects entailing HVAC, electrical systems, and production floor arrangement
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Performs a variety of tasks
- Leads and directs the work of others
- Reports to CEO
- Familiar with Joint Commission Standards for Acute Care Facilities
- Proficiency with Environment of Care Standards and Life Safety
- Emergency Management Experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree with 7-10 years of experience in the field.
- CHFM (Certified Healthcare Facility Manager) or equivalent preferred
