We are looking for an up-beat, experienced and innovative General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will be a self-starter who is able to lead a team and manage the day-to-day operations of the business. This position requires someone who has strong communication skills, and previous restaurant experience is preferred. Constant management of key performance indicators like discounts, costs and scheduling is a part of daily operations. Other job responsibilities include taking and making customer orders, submitting orders through various suppliers, receiving inventory, making the employee schedules, attending weekly meetings with the corporate team, managing teams and individuals to get shift task lists done daily and maintaining cleanliness and good repair of the location.
