About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, creative Marketing Communications Specialist or Intern to join our growing team. This hybrid internship is a hands-on opportunity to work on real campaigns, learn from experienced professionals, and make meaningful contributions from day one.
You’ll support marketing strategy, public relations, and content creation while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven agency.
What You’ll Do
- Draft press releases, social media content, and blog posts
- Assist with marketing and PR campaign planning
- Conduct research on industry trends, media outlets, and competitors
- Support media outreach and engagement
- Help track and analyze campaign performance
- Collaborate across teams to support brand storytelling
What We’re Looking For
- Eagerness to learn, work hard, and contribute to our team culture
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Experience with Google Workspace, Canva, and HubSpot is a plus
- Pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or related field
- Must be willing to take an Enneagram assessment as part of onboarding
