Full Time Benefited IT Professional needed at our Martinsville City location as a Software Support & Data Analyst Specialist. We are seeking a highly motivated individual that has experience in providing technical support for our EHR (Electronic Health Record) system users via phone, e-mail, and / or in person encounters. This position will be responsible for maintaining user accounts, troubleshooting, and completing daily task requests thru our ticket system. The individual will also work with our management team to develop operational and analytical reports as well as dashboards that support our agency's mission. Experience in SQL, complex databases and structures, business intelligence reporting, data querying, analytical tools, processes, methodologies, and Electronic Health Records preferred. A degree in Computer Science or at least two years' experience in the Information Technology field required. This is NOT a Remote / Telecommute / Telework position, all work performed ON SITE at office location.
